What is your favourite thing about being in the outdoors and what does it mean to you?
My favourite thing about being outdoors is that the outdoors allows for a sense of freedom, to be active, to push boundaries, to explore natures beauty, to be still and appreciate the peace and tranquillity on offer

I heard about forever fresh through a friend on Instagram
If you could go anywhere in the world (without any limitations), where would you travel/explore?
I would love to travel South America, the Amazon and the Inca Trails (preferably on foot/ bicycle or paddle boat)

What has been your greatest adventure so far?
Life is an adventure. I have had many adventures to date, from road tripping around South Africa, to starry nights in the Fish River Canyon, Namibia, to countless Drakensberg adventures and safari/bushveld trips around South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
What do you hope to do more of this year?
Introduce people to Hiking and outdoor adventures around SA
What is the number 1 item on your bucket list?
To show people what South Africa has to offer and to educate them on the importance of conserving the environment and natures beauty for future generations.

Sustainability is about reducing our impact on our environment and ensuring longevity of natural resources for future generations.
