Carrot muffin recipe – (makes 10-12)
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
2-3 tablespoons of egg powder with 2-3 tablespoons of water to rehydrate
1/2 cup oil
A few drops vanilla extract
3-4 tablespoons of carrot powder
Optional: chopped walnuts/raisins/sprinkle with carrot powder or crushed single ingredient carrots for decorations
Carrot Protein Smoothie
3 tablespoons Carrot Powder
1 cup of milk (of your choice)
1 sprinkle of cinnamon
A few ice cubs
1 banana (frozen)
Vanilla protein powder

Homemade carrot face mask
This homemade carrot face mask will remove the excess oil from the skin so it is perfect for oily and acne prone skin. Mix one teaspoon of carrot powder with a little corn starch and a little bit of water to make a paste. Apply on clean skin and leave it for 15 minutes. After that, rinse with lukewarm water.
