A cup of broccoli has more Vit C than an orange
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
3 tablespoons of broccoli powder
1 cup blueberries
3 tablespoons of banana powder
1 cup of oats
Blend the dry ingredients and the liquid for a short time.
Now, blend the fruit and the rest of the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
Nourishing Face Mask
2 teaspoons broccoli powder
1 teaspoon of honey (preferably local raw)
2 tablespoons of cooled green tea
Mix or blend. Apply the paste for 15 min before rinsing off.

Combine a tablespoon of broccoli powder and a tablespoon of coconut oil together in a blender, gently massage into your skin, leave on for 10-20 minutes and let the broccoli do its work!
