Red Pepper Sauce (great for pasta!) – 2 servings

1/ 2  cup of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
Chopped basil leaves  
5 tablespoons of red pepper powder
2 teaspoons lemon powder
2 teaspoons water
Pinch of salt and pepper

Cosmetic

Nourishing Face Mask

Mix ½ teaspoon of spinach powder with ½ red pepper powder, add the same amount of  olive oil, honey and oats to make it into a thick paste. Apply to cleansed skin  - leave on for 15 minutes and rinse.
