Banana Smoothie
3 teaspoons banana powder
2 cups milk
½ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon honey
Ice cubes
Combine in a blender until smooth and enjoy!
Easy Banana muffins (makes about 12 muffins)
1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 teaspoons banana powder
¾ cup white sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
⅓ melted butter
Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray, Sift flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Set aside
Combine sugar, banana powder, egg and melted butter. Fold in the dry ingredients and pour into muffin tin. Bake for about 25-30 minutes.

Moisturising Face Mask
1/4 cup plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey (a natural acne remedy), and 1½ banana powder.
Pimple Fighting Banana Face Mask
Combine 1 teaspoon banana powder, ½ teaspoon powdered turmeric, ½ teaspoon baking soda and enough water to make into a paste. If you have extra, don’t hesitate and keep it up to a week in the fridge. Apply to an already cleansed face. Keep on for about 15 minutes and rinse off with lukewarm water. Moisturise immediately to hydrate your skin as much as possible.
Nourishing Banana Face Mask
1 heaped teaspoon of banana powder, 3 tablespoons yoghurt, 1 tablespoon honey
Mix all ingredients into a smooth paste. Apply it to an already cleansed face. Keep for a minimum of 10 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.
